HCF Year in Review

It’s been 10 years since HCF was founded.

And while we are waiting to more formally celebrate our 10 years of grantmaking in 2015, we want to take this occasion to thank all of our community partners for helping us to work toward our mission of eliminating barriers and promoting quality health for the uninsured and underserved.

2014 was another productive year. We continued to work toward increasing access to quality physical, mental and oral health care, access to healthy foods, safe places to be physically active and to reduce exposure to tobacco.

We are so thankful to have so many community partners. We are humbled by your innovation. We appreciate your frank conversations about what we need to do to improve our community. And we are inspired by your dedication.

Together, we’ve accomplished a lot in 2014. Please join as we take a look back on 2014. While we have much left to do to achieve our vision of healthy people in healthy communities, I could not be prouder of our accomplishments this year.
